Report on the V. International Congress “Forest and its Potential for Health,” in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia (2023)

Recently, from 18 to 20 September 2023, the international congress “Forest and its Potential for Health” successfully took place in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia. The congress organisers of this fifth edition of the congress, the Center poslovne odličnosti Ekonomske fakultete, the Višja strokovna šola za gostinstvo, velnes in turizem Bled, and Gozdarski inštitut Slovenije, spearheaded by the main congress coordinator Assist. Prof. Darija Cvikl, present the report of their successful completion of the congress.

The congress covered the topics forest and public health, forest and tourism and the multipurpose use of forest. The three days of conference had 110 participants following 32 fantastic talks (with four keynote and 15 invited speakers) and accompanying workshops.
