The 6th International Congress ISFT, held in Druskininkai, Lithuania, September 18- 20, 2024, brought together global array of experts, including scientists, forest therapy practitioners, health professionals, and policy-makers attracting 200 participants from all over the world and more than 60 speakers from 20 different countries. Participants from diverse sectors, including healthcare, environmental science, and tourism, convened to discuss the ways in which forests support physical and mental health, foster social resilience, and provide sustainable economic opportunities.
